Wow! The presenter showed off her incredible aerial skills by holding an Inverted Butterfly yoga position in a jaw-dropping snap earlier this month
Earlier this month, Holly showed off her impressive yoga skills in a black-and-white Instagram snap of herself posted to her Wylde Moon account.
The This Morning star was suspended upside down as she practiced her aerial yoga skills, and looked ‘extremely zen’ as she worked out at an outdoor yoga studio.
Wearing leggings and a loose white T-shirt, Holly had her eyes closed in the photos while her hands were clasped in prayer position.
‘Our founder Holly Willoughby looking extremely zen in the Inverted Butterfly yoga position,’ the caption read.
‘This position is said to boost circulation, promote healing and help detoxify tissue. And as an added bonus, it effortlessly (some may say) decompresses the spine!’
