Holly Willougby says she ‘isn’t afraid’ of the reaction to her wellness brand
Holly Willoughby has admitted she ‘isn’t afraid’ of the reaction she might get to her new wellness brand, Wylde Moon, which she launched in October last year.
The This Morning presenter, 40, explained how some people described her latest venture as ‘wacky’, and said that she knows people will ‘struggle’ with some of the ideas that she promotes on her lifestyle website.
Holly, who posed for the cover of the fashion magazine, told Grazia: ‘I’m not afraid of the reaction to it any more. If it doesn’t fit with what your thoughts and expectations of me are, well then there’s nothing I can do about it.

‘I can’t change that. I don’t want to change that. And I’m not going to change that. This is me.’
Defiant Holly insisted that she has no intention of fitting into the idea that people have of her, but equally she doesn’t want to ‘force’ any of her wellness techniques on anyone.
She said: ‘The moment that I launched Wylde Moon, the word ‘wacky’ got used a lot. I expected that. And that’s fine. I can’t change that.
‘I’m not here to force any of this on anybody. It’s not ‘come and meditate with me’ or ‘look at the moon and play a sound-bowl’. It’s please go and do that thing that makes your heart sing. Go and do you.’

As well as discussing her new business, Holly also posed for a stunning photoshoot which graced the cover of the February issue of the magazine.

The TV host paired the look with stylish gold chunky jewellery by Swarovski, including a pair of gold hoop earrings and a statement ring.

She was suspended upside down as she practiced her aerial yoga skills, and looked ‘extremely zen’ as she worked out at an outdoor yoga studio.
New venture: Holly launched her women’s lifestyle website, Wylde Moon, last year, and has described it as an online space to empower women
Wearing leggings and a loose white T-shirt, Holly had her eyes closed in the photos while her hands were clasped in prayer position.
‘Our founder Holly Willoughby looking extremely zen in the Inverted Butterfly yoga position,’ the caption read.
‘This position is said to boost circulation, promote healing and help detoxify tissue. And as an added bonus, it effortlessly (some may say) decompresses the spine!’
‘This month’s WYLDE Moonboard is all about wellness and carving out little moments for yourself, so for more self-love inspiration, head over to the link in our bio.’

Solo venture: The TV presenter followed in the footsteps of Gwyneth Paltrow by launching her own lifestyle website to share her favourite products with fans
Explaining her hopes for her new website, Holly wrote for the launch: ‘I want WYLDE MOON to be a place where I can share the things that I love, the lessons that I’ve learnt, the things I see and instantly want to share with others.’
Holly’s latest newsletter for the site sees the star sharing her tips for ‘looking inward’ during a period of reflection in January.
‘This month’s Edition is all about carving out little moments for yourself, whether that be taking the dog for a walk; soaking in the tub; reading a book; meditating or listening to a podcast,’ the mum of three writes.
‘And let’s not forget, in this lunar month that straddles Valentine’s Day, love and more importantly self-love, is paramount.’
